Legislation on document’s Management published in the Madeira
Regional Legislative Decree n.º 26/99/M, of August 27th – it regulates the management of documents held by the different governmental services of the Autonomous Region of Madeira and other departments under its supervision.
Order no. 182/99, of October 26th – it regulates the document’s instrument of Delivery and Acceptance and the consignment note for the archive, as referred in article 9, paragraph 2, as well as the model of document’s auto-elimination, as mentioned in number 2 of article 11, both of Regional Legislative Decree no. 26/99 /M, of August 27.
Regional Legislative Decree n.º 17/2001/M, of June 29th – it establishes the system for the creation of intermediate archives to be implemented in governmental services of the Autonomous Region of Madeira and other departments under its supervision.
